Varun has over 8 years of consulting experience. During these 8 years, he focused primarily on the Sales Compensation practice, helping clients create and implement strategic, motivating and fair incentive programs. Varun has designed sales incentive plans for companies in the Med tech and pharmaceutical industry.
At ZS, Varun also focuses on enabling companies and helping them transform their compensation programs to enable efficient and effective operations.
Varun has authored articles in publications including World at Work Journal, and Workspan. In addition, he is a regular contributor to The Carrot.
Varun completed his MBA with focus on Marketing and Strategy from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a premier institute in India.
