Michael is an Associate Principal based out of Evanston office. He partners leads sales compensation engagements with clients to ensure that that key program objectives are being met and their needs addressed.
During his thirteen-year tenure with ZS, Michael has worked extensively in life sciences with a focus on pharmaceuticals. Michael has deep sales compensation expertise helping clients solve issues in all facets of incentive compensation including plan design, goal setting, administration and reporting. His clients have spanned across a variety of therapeutic areas including Oncology and Immunology.
He has worked on numerous sales compensation and sales operations engagements; most commonly in the implementation of large-scale business processes outsourcing. He is a core member of ZS Sales Compensation Practice; helping clients solve issues through Javelin™, presenting at ZS's Impact Summit delivering session on: “Advancements in IC Design”,
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
