Clients know ZSers are compassionate, dedicated collaborators—it’s at the core of the ZS culture. What clients may not see, however, is that maintaining that culture comes from behind-the-scenes work by ZSers like Brandi.
As a human resources associate, Brandi ensures ZSers are given everything they need to help do and be their best, both for themselves as individuals and for their client work. Whether it’s mentorship and team building or job flexibility, Brandi and team are a go-to resource for ZSers to help them make the most of their career.
People are the greatest asset ZS has, and the commitment ZS has to its people is a core value of the company. Brandi and her team constantly strive to hit their goals to “get it right, do it right” and make the right decision for all ZSers.
Brandi believes these commitments to ZSers help translate to business performance. By continuing to invest in ZSers, which Brandi says are the smartest people in the industry, she believes ZS is set up to excel.
When she started in February 2015, Brandi was the first dedicated HR associate in the Evanston office. Today, she’s part of a team helping launch new programs, like an affinity group geared toward African-American and Hispanic ZSers that are both proud of their heritage and excited about an inclusive culture at ZS.
“To have the ability to get hands-on experience in an area that I’m interested in personally is very exciting,” says Brandi. “One of the things I really like about ZS is that we’re always working as a team.”
