Naoko Nishitani is an associate principal in ZS’s Princeton office. She has 15 years of experience working across health plan, provider and supplier verticals and is a true generalist, helping teams address issues across the commercial organization.
Naoko has extensive experience working with healthcare organizations in go-to-market strategy, sales force design and operations. On the market research side, she has conducted hundreds of qualitative interviews that have contributed to segmentation, customer journey and insights work. Her experience includes corporate strategy roles at DaVita HealthCare Partners and McKinsey, plus nine years at ZS. She holds bachelor’s degrees in biological sciences and psychology from Stanford University and an MBA with honors in healthcare management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
